The safety and well-being of both our staff and guests is paramount to us. We
plan to open the hotel in early July and details are set out below on how this
All members of our team will be thoroughly trained regarding new Coronavirus
procedures. Protective equipment will be provided where social distancing is
not possible and everyone will complete a health check before starting work.
Check in has moved from 2pm to 4pm to allow for more time to clean guest
bedrooms and all high touch public areas will have hourly cleaning rotas to
ensure stringent cleanliness standards. Guest amenities will only be available
through room service to allow housekeeping to focus on the deep cleaning of
each room and rooms will only be serviced on request during your stay.
In the restaurant and bar areas dining times will be staggered to control the flow
of guests and tables will be spaced further apart in line with social distancing.
Hand sanitiser will be available in public areas, while notices will be displayed
throughout the hotel advising everyone how best to follow current health
guidelines and stay safe.
